What does make lightstick work?

Light is provided by a chemical reaction, which takes place when two solutions are allowed to mix. To prevent the reaction from occurring prematurely, one of the solutions is stored in a very thin glass capsule which is easily broken by flexing or bending the tube.

Are glow products safe?

Fantasy Glow products are safe for normal use.They are not sources of heat or sparks, and may be used in areas which contain combustible mixtures of gasses or liquids, where ordinary sources of light might pose an explosion or fire hazard. Our products are non-toxic, corrosive or irritant. We do not recommend them for use with children 5 and under.
WARNING: Do not puncture or cut plastic tube. Ingredients are non-toxic and non-flammable, but may permanently stain fabrics. Contact with skin or eyes may cause temporary discomfort. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse throughly with water. Contents may have small broken glasses. DO NOT drink or ingest contents.

How long do glow products last?

Our products will glow from 4 to 12 hours after being activated, based on the size and type of product used.

Can you beat or match the prices from other companies?

How long is the shelf life?

If the products are kept in factory sealed packages, the product should have a shelf-life of one to four years, depending on the product used. NOTE: Store bulk bracelet and necklace in their tubes until they are ready to be used.

Will glow products be affected by temperature?
|

If the temperature is higher, the light will be brighter, but will last for a shorter duration. If the temperature is lower, the light will be less bright, but will last longer. As temperature decreases, intensity decreases and duration of light output increases.

Do you accpet returns?

Our merchandise is not sold on approval, therefore, we do not accept returns. When deemed appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. In such cases, a return authorization label must be obtained and placed on the outside of the returned carton. Any carton without a return authorization label on the box will be refused. 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL non-defective product returns.

What shall I do when I receive the damaged package or product?

First, you shall reject the package if you notice visible damages on the package. If you find the damage after you received package, you need to call UPS immediately at 1-800-pickups(742-5877)to file you damage claim, AND call us to report the damage. Once we verify with UPS, we will help you to get damaged product replaced or refund your money.
